Amber
You ran away at eighteen--
From youself and
From your tragic past.
You found yourself while
Dancing alongside a pole
With money all around you.
Never desired the way you deserved,
You became the epitamy of desire.
You spin, slip, and strip--
Lights flashing in your eyes
Making you glow for those alone.
You hide the deep razor cuts and
Bruises on your arms with heavy make up.
You put on the fake smile and
Play the part like a professional.
You act as if you're all he wants but
I know the truth that hides backstage.
You've been fucked over enough to
Know you have to fuck the world over.
May Dionysus be with you becouse
There is no way I could live without you.
From youself and
From your tragic past.
You found yourself while
Dancing alongside a pole
With money all around you.
Never desired the way you deserved,
You became the epitamy of desire.
You spin, slip, and strip--
Lights flashing in your eyes
Making you glow for those alone.
You hide the deep razor cuts and
Bruises on your arms with heavy make up.
You put on the fake smile and
Play the part like a professional.
You act as if you're all he wants but

You've been fucked over enough to
Know you have to fuck the world over.
May Dionysus be with you becouse
There is no way I could live without you.
