Like a flower,
in the beginning
all bare and empty
pushing and changing
striving to grow
bringing forth splendid colors
much beauty to show
my love for you
starts as a tiny seed
planted deep inside
let the blossoms burst
and fruit be borne
my love for you
like a flower
full of awe
full of beauty
water it daily.
