The Perfect Relationship

What do you expect?
A romantic love relationship is wonderful
But we are human beings with flaws.

The idea of unconditional love is great
But who can live up to it?

All of us have relationship expectations.
Quid pro quo (something for something)

It is often said a man gives love to get sex
And a woman gives sex to get love.
But usually there is a hidden agenda.

I expect this from you
But I don’t tell you.
Then I get mad and we fight.
We kiss and make-up
Yet, I still don’t tell you.

So, we fight again,
Then break up.
Ah! What a relief.

Now I can look for that perfect relationship.
