Spoiled Is The King

Three Words inspiration challenge.
Sceptre,Crackle,Domain      
    
A loud almost paralysing scream was      
coming from a commoner      
in the front row of a public hanging.      
All anyone could hear from that moment on was      
the constant banging of the sceptre      
repeatedly being slammed on the ground      
and held by none other than      
the guilty man's brother!      
In less than two seconds you could hear the crackle      
of bones breaking as the limp      
young body was cut loose and fell in a pile of rubbish.      
All rise!      
Let this be a lesson to all of you      
who witnessed this murder today.      
I am the King of this domain!
