"Ambassadors"

            
             
A gathering of youth and energy, ages five to fourteen
Assemble here after traveling, great distances covered by many
Brought together by one who cares, shares through philanthropy
               
They never complain, though grim their prognosis be, you see
Each child grab every moment and make the best of all probabilities
As they explore the Ranch, riding horses, burros and ATVs
                 
Joy and laughter fill their example, as if they have an eternity
To draw, paint, create, to demonstrate, showing others, even me
The proper perspective, witness it, believe it, live it entirely
           
Whining not, nor crying, "Why" ... They have no room to host a pity party
No vacancy for a resident with the slightest negativity
Only one bright neon sign flashes in their eyes, "Ambassadors Of Positivity"
