A DUP friend sent me this...

(NAME?) I have had you on my mind all day... 
 
You are somewhat like a rose... 
You have your thorns to protect you and keep others out... Your leaves to help hide you away... But you still can be seen.. The petals on the outside are only for illusion and can be lost without damaging the core if need be... They have scratches and bruises cuts and torn places in them but the rose lives on.... However the heart of the rose delicately protected inside the center still fragile still soft still able to be saved and cared for....(NAME) don't always see yourself as the bruised cut torn petals you are the whole rose... That may be apart of you but its not all that you are:)
