Ma's Place in Nature
I fall to my knees in a purple guise,
time lay open, striking stillness
of a red jungle chicken corrupting the
English in seconds; life that sprang from
a woman’s breast that compensates with memories
of caramels, divinity, and fried breakfast toast.

It's good to reminisce the beautiful memories of our loved ones...love your closing lines:
"life that sprang from a woman’s breast that compensates with memories of caramels, divinity, and fried breakfast toast." Good read Pishashee...

you find the marvel within
the mundane, you are a
surrealist, without ever
losing sight of the real...
although, fried toast..! :)

I feel unworthy of suchness at this moment. It's a wonderful compliment, Thank you. Sometimes Dad would bake the toast for us.
