Rebirth

Tomorrow is a new day, yesterday is an old day,
Say what you will, but I will be whoever I want to be.
This inner spirit that's growing in me is begging to be set free.
    I am no longer a small child,
  It's time for me to grow and be more for I need my independence.
      I am not wild I am only free,
 I am not lost I have already found myself.
     It's time for a change.
It's time for me to become a butterfly and break out of my cocoon.
Soon I will make my own decisions and be the one that's in control.
           Hear my voice,
           Hear my roar,
          Know my choice.
   Let me rejoice the truth within myself.
  Know me from my inner core that I don't live for you.
So don't you try telling me what is right for me.
There is an open door for you, you are free to leave as you please.
Before, you try to pass judgement on me try knowing who I really am.
Know I am not a sham, I am who I am.
Damn you for treating me the way that you do.
Beating me into submission will only make me want to contemplate anarchy.
I don't need your permission to make my own decision,
Within my life it's my responsibility.
I have the ambition to make it,
I have the strength to take it.
For what it's worth I was put here on earth with my own purpose,
And my purpose to increase my rebirth.
