Self Abuse

No breath to breathe only to choke,
Body is beaten and bloody and broke.
Blood has been Split cuts narrow and sore,
Somehow I feel I deserve much more.

Cheeks wet from over flowing tears,
Bruises all over are plain and clear.
Tied down and tormented my body is used,
The assault will never stop it right to assume.

Order after order treat like a slave,
Beaten to compliance forced to behave.
Not one step out of line only one chance,
Going through this like stuck in a trance.

Blood and tears mix together but have to hide,
Forced to say I'm okay forced to lie.
The worse part of this painful sight,
Is it's me raping myself in my nightmares every night.
