The Silence Betwixt Sobs And Screams
My tears are gone, just like the dawn,
I can feel sun rising above,
But the night is in tail, following my trail,
Aware of my hatred for love.
I rose and I fell, from heaven to hell,
Time devours that, which I do,
I wept and I screamed, I slept and I dreamed,
Of those moments I wasted on you.
I soared on wings, the angel sings,
But this work is that of a theft,
I choked and I cried, I burned and I died,
Now pieces are all that is left.
I grated and I cut, I fell for a slut,
And now my eyes are able to see,
I waited alone and I broke my home,
I want you to get away from me.
