Beau

[This is not about me.
This is about the one
I don't want to be.]

Hatred and lust
Burying in their bottomless gut
Barely breathing battered soul
In the esurient embrace of a starving hole
Alone in emptiness
Dying without a trace
Suffocation and hunger blinding words
Asking them unrelenting shards
To sink deep and tell
The seething story of a silent hell
That embodied this virgin life
Romancing the edge of a rusting knife
Letting it pierce steady and slow
Waiting for death to seek its beau.
