Milk and Cookies

(written for Rain's "Creative Controversy" competition)



Yes, they're natural,
Yes, they're fun,
But not everyone wants to see your bra undone.

Breasts are functional
And marketable, too,
But do we have to see everything they can do?

Many body parts
Express body fluids
But do we let those hang out to watch them do it?

Penises shoot sperm,
Anal sphincters, liquid shit--
Why are breasts accepted and the rest must be hid?

I totally get
That the baby must be fed,
But here's what I go back to, what I've always said:

When the kid holds utensils,
Oreos, and can walk,
It's really time to knock breastfeeding, off.
