Razor-coated feathers

It drifts gracefully through a
myriad of jewelled sunsets
This delicate feather,adorned in its
snow-dusted coat
As it weaves halos of starry
twilights upon my head
I drink the alabaster heavens
flowing from its jasmine garden.

It flutters around in garlands of
twisted silk
This morose feather,clenched
between fists of ragged grey
As it sketches tales of cracked
brooches upon my chest
I cast ruby-drenched seeds into
ridges of silver streams.

It crawls into a blue box of
ravenous skeletons
This melancholic feather roasted in
ebony leather
As it stabs scars of ensnared
echoes into my hollow throat
I swim into the Stygian pearls and
lie silently in wait.
