Aaahhhh--a sweetly sensual piece of redemption--indeed.....something so touching, and tender in this display of affection... this personal 'act of contrition.'

It's often said "write what you know" ... Glad you saw the "me" in this ... I appreciate it

This piece is awesome! What this says to me is, the healing process doesn't always have to be just painful. It can also be playful, insightful and aspiring.

Also - pain will come. But the beauty of healing the pain, is the humbleness of the offender accepting that he/she did wrong - and the forgiveness of the victim (which isn't a sign of weakness, but strength).

I appreciate your insight and thoughts on this poem ... You're right - if we play when we're happy - why not play to heal rather than sulk.
