To admire or to desire?

Is it better to admire or to desire
or is to admire the same as to desire
admiration is window shopping
when you see something jaw dropping

Desire is wanting to claim what you see
but to want something always comes with a fee.
Sacrifice is a cost that is incurred
and excess desire makes our surroundings blurred.
We become selfish and narrow minded
and I though love was the only thing that makes one blinded
If this was debate, i know many would appeal
maybe with a comment like imagine we take a trip to the field
see a big pretty sunflower remove it it dies
or you could look at it take a picture and it survives
desires are temporary they change like the weather
admiration is permanent and it lasts forever
