Unheard Progressions... 'Cry'

Me telling you that your eyes are as beautiful as the night time sky would be a lie...
Your eyes ,to me, are as beautiful as a rainy day sky
They gloss like they're about to cry out in pain
But shine bright like the world is happy.
And your eyes are cloudy like your hiding how you really feel to everyone
But I see your pain
You can't lie to me
They say that your eyes are the windows to your soul,
But your soul is hiding behind that cloud you're using to conceal it
I wanna remove that cloud so I can catch a glimpse of something more
I wanna take a peek at how beautiful your soul is,
And how bright the sunshine is there...
But for now this is a monologue I had with you in my head
Because my voice is not articulated as thunder
To provide the confidence you need
To remove those clouds.
So let me see your soul
And let the rain pour down on me.
