When I'm gone ( a very old poem)

The pain, it's overwelhming.
My mind is constantly reeling.
Why do I have to make this choice?
Do I give in?
Do I listen to the voice?
Telling me to give up.
Or do I keep going on through pain when i have nothing to gain.

I will slice my wrists.
Cut my throat.
Silently write that note.
It's time to give in.
Not begin again..
No more playing pretend.
Goodbye.
So long.
You know you won't miss me when I'm gone.

To disappear is my greatest wish.
Because I am nothing but a common bitch.
You all want me gone. I know that it's true.
So I will gladly tell you I'm through.

Rip my heart out and throw it on the ground.
Stomp and dance on it.
I am sorry I am such a disappointment, but you'll be happy when I'm gone.

When I'm gone you won't have to worry.
You won't have to feel sorry.
You won't have to pretend to care.
I will give you this note,
The last thing I'll share.
Goodbye
So long.
I might be wrong.

But if you miss me when I'm gone.
Just know that I loved you so.
It's my heart that is here.
Hold it near.
And whisper ,"I love you"
I'll be gone to a better place.
I won't have this face.
I might be being selfish but hey it's what I want.
I love you. and You might miss me when I'm gone.
