Sun kissing my skin
Sand massaging my polished toes
Thank you for the compliment on my thigh tattoo
I notice you from the moment I take my spot
tempting my body,
calling me to come
Wind caressing my hair
soothing my thoughts
whispering all things
I want to hear
and just like that
I need to feel you
you are
Cool
Blue
Hydrating
Flowing
Illusive
I walk slowly to visit a welcoming friend
Important
Crisp
Powerful
Wet
Took a dive
felt your embrace
cleanse me
shower me with comfort
as I danced in your waves
Relaxed and refreshed
I packed my blanket and mango
straddled my bike

Nature is totally erotic, deeply pornographic and offering salvation if we just surrender to it.You captured things beautifully in this poem. Have you read my recent poem "Hurricane Irene"? The touch of water can be as sensual as the touch of a lover, even more since it ensheathes you in its embrace completely where a body only can cover you partly. An arousing and soothing poem, Lena.
