It's so hard to know what to say
Looking at you after all this time
Distance seemed like eternity
Space faded into nothing

Now you want me to say something
What can I excuse from the blabber in my head?
Thoughts of an endless parade
The psychosis kicks in

I'm losing it now
The cool I once possessed
The capability of talking to you
It frightens me to death

Why can't I just say what I'm thinking?
Why am I not capable of showing anymore?
You aren't the one hiding the secret
You've all but forgotten me

Maybe if I let the past go
Perhaps then I'd be forsaken
To the depths of the earth
I never even got to tell you..

You held my heart so long ago,
A connection I'd only dreamed of
It seems all's lost,
As it blows away

And now I'm left here speechless
