Being a poet isn't easy to do
You have to know about sonnets
Maybe even the color blue
I remember the days when it was all a rhyme like
Roses are red violets are blue
Rhyming is sweet and so are you
Those days are gone
Poems are now like songs
There beautiful and deep
You must comprehend
Or you'll get lost in the poem
Trying to understand
Lol just bored
