there’s no peace
in restless wandering;
the unforgiving wind
howls through my hollows
amplifying every falsehood-
its decibels are deafening
to my tender self-deceit;
silently, my shadow smirks

I don't understand why there are no comments here.This is short and precise but tells a story longer than day.I absolutely adore this poem.Marvelous read!
