I forgot about the cosmos

All the planets,the stars.

I forgot about the atmosphere

All of the chemicals,

the elements.

I forgot about the trees,

the grass,and animals.

I forgot about the buildings.

All the people and worth.

I forgot about my friends,

family.

I forgot about tomorrow.

It all came down to me inside my room.

just an empty vessel on the floor,

in one subtle moment.
