i miss the memories we shared
and the times you cared
I miss the jokes in our head
and all the meals we were fed
I miss the times when you had a smile
and when we had no denile
we all had our own tag
as life was kept in a bag
as your hair was mostly curled
I was a beast caught in a cage
stuck in a never ending rage
I was dragged to the light
and it was such a beautiful sight
the evil deeds in my past
went out the door so fast
and if I were an honest guy
id give this road another try
I missed all the times we used to talk
and all the nights we used to walk
I remember seeing the animal within
as it was filled with some sin
I watched it circle around me
trying so hard not the flee
but it was so hard not to fall
as it stood up strong and tall
you were there when it was dark
when we kissed I felt the spark
ive felt so much pain
then you walked through the rain
you taught me how to smile
and I knew without any denile
and without any doubt I knew you were the one
who showed me about the word fun
im glad it was you and not some bitch
who would have left me cold, dead, even in a ditch
but now that you left me for good
I walk around under this hood
what escapes from my lips is a sigh
as I try so hard not to cry

as I clench tightly to this knife
