Dendrites and Air Waves

I am contentious and trite today
It is fitting to be alone at the moment.
This morning was long and dimly lit..
So I placed headphones over my eyes and
Blared the volume till the beats left imprints 
On the receptacle in my head.

The data rendered and arranged
Processed into a final image..
It was you that I saw yet again
In colors I could not describe.
Lovely like a timeless painting
You captured my imagination and my desires.

In that moment I was absolutely adlib
Unaware and unprepared I proceeded to
Paint myself in.
In that world there is a you and I.
In that world days like today are rare to come by.
