The Search of Love

Her eyes, Sad like a princess seeking something she longs for.
She aimlessly walks through the thorn bushes
Cuts and scars parade her legs
And her feet became one with the soil

Tumbling to the ground in tears because she couldn't find it
Her head buried in her hands
And the pain of the void became intense

Suddenly her face was lifted by the hands of someone who was suffering just as much as her
Staring into her eyes which had become an ocean
He told her she was beautiful and kissed her

He then said:

"I've loved you since forever,
You deserve way more than you think you do,
You deserve way more than those one night stands,
You deserve way more than the satisfaction of a fake smile,
You deserve way more to be crying alone at every night."

She always sold her body
for how much she thought it would cost,
not realizing
that her body
is worth as much as his unconditional love for her
