Diamond

She heard the cries of her mother and only frowned,
Once again he has made her cry but that shouldn�t put her down.
He isn�t worth anything; he isn�t even a man,
He doesn�t care, he doesn�t even understand.
He treats her as if she was a dog,
All locked up�. doesn�t he realize she�s fragile?... she�s like a glass doll�
It�s like he throws her around again and again,
Not caring if her life would one day come to an end.
A beautiful diamond thrown away�.
When she starts to shine� that would be her day.
She has to realize that she can go on without him there�.
Truthfully�. We all know he doesn�t care�.
But she says she loves him� that that is her weakness�
To love� who knew it would bring her such darkness
