Naturally Bound

I am the weary traveler, and you the raging Sea,
The boat i'm in is sinking, and I wait for you to drown me.
I am The Door locked shut, and you, Dear, are a Key,
Push all the right tumblers and you just might get to peek.
You, Dear, are a Rose, and I a passer by,
Pulled in by your fragrance and the way you catch my eye.
But also you're its thorns, which puncture through my skin
If I should try to pluck you from the Garden that you're in.
You, Love, are the Moon, And I the Tempest of the Sea,
and when you pull me as I push we rage so naturally.
I am the page on which I write, and you my crying pen,
Revealing all that I deny each time I call on you to vent.
I am the Mighty Eagle, and you the Graceful Wind,
Lifting me to heights to which I'm sure I've never been.
You are my loving Heart, and I my lonesome Mind,
Denying that you're there while you give so many signs.
I am utter Darkness, and you a beaming Light,
Together we glow perfectly without shining too bright.
I am the burning Flame, and you the blowing breeze,
Helping me cross obstacles in search of what I need.
You are Kindness, Love and Peace, and I Death and Disease,
But if you look real hard you just might find yourself in me.
Just like most things in Life, we're bound so naturally,
When we clash it makes Beauty unique to you and me.
