she still remembers
Blood soaked lips
Teeth that grit
Hands that clench
Sex laid bare
She was thirsty
Sweat speckled bodies
The warm skin
It grips flesh
Tight around bones
Hidden in blankets
The darkness transcended
Yet touch remained
The world unfair
The young man
Wouldn't harm flies
Ripped his heart
From his chest
She left him
She still remembers
Under the moonlight
Of his face.
Teeth that grit
Hands that clench
Sex laid bare
She was thirsty
Sweat speckled bodies
The warm skin
It grips flesh
Tight around bones
Hidden in blankets
The darkness transcended
Yet touch remained
The world unfair
The young man
Wouldn't harm flies
Ripped his heart
From his chest
She left him
She still remembers
Under the moonlight
Of his face.
