church lady hat

have some propriety  
the physicist are coming  
to clean this mess up  
you got the galaxies flowing home  
squeezing the universe  
back to the singular hard on  
for god’s sake are  
you trying to cause another  
big bang  
 
the church ladies are  
getting sweaty in palaces  
jesus does not even go  
to throw dollars around  
 
we will not have their feather hats  
tumble off into the buggy bunker  
fairway of your 19th dimension  
 
and claims to the contrary, as soon  
as you declare this unmarketable  
the kids are growing beards  
chopping off the heads of every capital letter  
and wearing mama’s sunday hat to fire beach  
howlers under the yellow drip of the liquor moon
