A thousand years
Of immortal yesterdays,
A thousand more;
Verily as the mortals would say.
Taking the shades of grays collected,
Deep inside the stakes;
The true ones are never clear,
And so we wonder why we stay.
A thousand years
Of immortal yesterdays,
And after a thousand more,
The senses will never forget today.
