Smoldering ember

This smoldering ember is deep in my core
use to be gone and be no more
but found its way back here
slowly growing each day
it continues to stay
once more trying to bandage
all these damages
on my heart
giving light to the dark
waiting for hope once more to spark it
this smoldering ember so small but its whats left of my happiness
seems to shed light to my dark thoughts
comfort is what it brought
this small ember of happiness doing so much
showing some sernity
its bettee than nothing
its better than feeling alone
and sandness imprinted in your bone
this little ember of happiness surely made my day
I just hope it stays
for this small piece of happiness sure did alot for me.
