No one
Cared enough
To give me
A heart felt
Burial
Body found
On my living room
Chair
Curled up

Fetal position
All that's left
Of me
Was dried
Bones
And rotted
Flesh
Young
Beautiful
With the
World
At my
Fingertips
But all vanished
When I sighed
My last breath

Remembering an
Outer body experience
As I see my body
Disintegrate and
Waste away
Heard footsteps
Heard laughter
Heard spoken words
Yet no one
Cared enough
To check

Making sure
All was well
My best friends
Are now maggots

Bugs
That live so
Comfortably
Feeding off of
My carcass
As my decaying
