The journey has taken
many a twist
from dealer to dope fiend
tough tomboy to sensual stripper
and from family values
to survival of incarceration

It’s a love story, as they all are
but there’s something deeper
darker
more sinister
and self-destructive

Its about broken women
and the soul fucker who beds them
whilst driving his own spirit
into the abyss
Its about loving parents
who stand by helplessly as their son
shamelessly wrecks himself
and a man of wealth and power who admits
powerlessness over his nephew’s path
It’s about urban control
over suburban youth
and the young protagonist anti-hero
who ties all these worlds together
while falling apart

Jackson is a complicated kid
in a man’s decaying body
who is hell bent on riding
the Heroin Highway to hell
and assassinating any roadblock
standing in the way of his
suicidal endeavor

He eliminates them one by one
for referring to his solution
as a problem
until he finally reaches his dream
of lonesome young man
and his only reliable friend;
a fine white powder
who commits the ultimate betrayal
turning his tranquil dream
into an unescapable satanic nightmare.
