Blind tears

When you left me it tore me to the ground,
Alone and mystify, to darkness I was bound,
As much as I love you, I had to let you go,
That was really hard because you owned my mind, body and soul,
But I wasn’t going to hold you back and force you to stay,
The best way I could say I love you was to turn around and walk away,
But to not look back was really tough for me,
As much as I wanted to, I didn’t because I had to let you be,
Till this day not trying to get you back is my biggest regret,
But this is what you wanted, so I thought of you instead,
It hurts so much not knowing where you at,
It makes me cry knowing I’ll never get you back,
You might think I don’t love you anymore but I’ve cried a thousand tears,
You might think that I don’t remember you but in my dreams you always appear,
I know you don’t love me anymore; you probably have someone new,
Throughout the day and throughout the night, I live in pain, the pain of losing you,
That’s why I walk in the rain so no one could see the tears in my eyes,
Every night I stare at the moon and I………… “sigh”,
