Consolation Prize
Death did not come
and they healed her quite nicely
too good those doctor’s were she said
because now it seems as if it was only a cat
instead of her favorite knife
her only consolation prize would have been the scar
but they glued the skin
leaving hardly any notice at all
leaving her quite empty
taking her life back…
and her lovely scar

Hello my friend; Ahh, like this one, know what you are talkin about my friend, The scar bein taken away, yes, it is as if the scar was replaced with the Numbness of it all once again,
