Life is when you thought you made the right choice.

Always meeting approvals and dead lines.
Paying your dues and bills all up front.

Its when your motivated to go to bed early.
Waking up on time before your in your mid 30s.
Staying out of trouble and getting a high GPA,
Keeping to yourself n respecting what people say.

I'm making everybody happy and following all the rules.
I've got big business ties and a gang of fools.
Three degrees of accomplishments and trophies for show,
A garden full of spirits and a place for nightmares to grow.

Life is when your in the groove and take time to graze,
It's the feeling u get when your boss finally gives you a raise.
The type of moment that'll stop you in your tracks,
The feeling you get when you forgot to give back.

Life is when you can't read with my rhythm,
It's nothing I've had I've been too busy sinning.
It's sad to know I've fallen in line,
It's pathetic as hell and I'm ahead of my time.

If fads are a trend then cash me out.
My pockets are empty and my minds went 12 bouts.

I did what I should've and made a right.
They stole what was mine and left with my life.
