Staying Strong (Not A Poem)

being strong is easy
honestly, anyone can be strong for a minute, hour, day, a week even

you block out the worst, and just for a moment you feel slightly better

then everything begins to struggle, your heart, your mind, eventually your very soul begins to give way

whether it be a break up, losing a loved one, or you may just be battling with yourself, it does not matter, everyone has there reasons.

i know people that appear to be the happiest people in the world, then once i actually sat a spoke with them, they are just like me in a sense.

beneath there smiles and jumper/jacket sleeves
Broken.
Struggling.
Bleeding.
Burning.
scratching.

everyone has there daemons.

As i said being strong is easy.

STAYING strong is the hardest part.
