about the private monopoly  
out to exsploit the consumer  
fat cats swim in seas of greed  
patents shown the door  
with speed not ease  
compassion will be charged  
as a ongoing monthly fee  
dignity is optional  
but it is not free.  
And you wont need a bell  
to call a doctor or a nurse  
just rattle your money  
in your wallet or your purse.

we told them the NHS was our's  
and we were bloody proud  
now they are going to privitise it,  
like the good old USA  
healthcare for the rich  
while the poor just fade away  
its tye 21st century  
to us its just insane  
to make a tidy profit  
from people misery and pain.
