Rekindling
Rose amongst the rain,
Lit in a soft white glow,
You've shown me color
When I was blind.
Forever valiant,
The stars watch over you,
Giving you their blessing on this night of life.
Under the birch,
Our roots intertwine,
And again,
We may grow as one
