my truth

you asked me to burn
so our souls could be together
 
 
that's your faith  
not mine
in fact you have faith i do not
 
 
in my eyes things are different
i have my mother  
strong, beautiful, my guide to  life
 
i also have another  
earth
which i owe a debt
she has provided every single thing i own  
and truly love
so when i do drop, i will provide and put myself  
back into the earth from where i came from
