Oblivion

Dark blue sky sparkling with twinkles
Effortless in making me dizzy
As I stare upward
Flying higher and higher
Soaring over the ocean so salty
Desire to be swept into the oblivion
Tossing reality aside

But there is one
To keep me grounded

Unborn and waiting
Someone else’s prayer answered
Certainly not my own
Making me queasy and later named Teasy
She’s lifted up and blessed
Ready to fight and overcome Judas


Finally here this quiet and noiseless
Home is filled with cries and joy
Mixed with tiredness
Rough and tough nights

Careless of our sleepless nights

Mostly me anyway- ‘Cause Daddy’s away
While I keep her in the sun
To fix her yellowed skin
And enjoy this new starry blue twinkled eyed
Oblivion
