Internal Nighmare

Lying in bed deep in sleep
Mind roaming far and wide
As you open your eyes in sleep
Seeing the world from a different view
Swaying through the wind
Walking backwards laughing loud
Not sure if your a real person
Not sure if your inside a dream
Anything you think pops up
Looking to the left a mirror appears
Stepping forward you see your inner most fears
Turning you try to run but you can't
Your stuck tight glued in the spot
Your fears appear next to you one by one
Surrounding your feet
Surrounding your soul
A blank scream attempts to escape
Lips are sewn shut
You can't see straight as it breathes on you
Surrounding in blackness
It takes your heart beat away
Standing there no breathing comes out
This nightmare you feel stays calm
Entwining you it makes you fall
Your destiny falls away
You follow where he pleads
Forever trapped, forever without life
