Horrible Dream

I had a horrible dream once
It was a dream of you leaving me
I was lying in bed in this horrible dream
And I closed my eyes only to enter another horrible dream
We were out on the water, floating in your favorite boat
Next thing I know I�m flying away from you, from us
In this horrible dream I woke up from that horrible dream to see YOU flying away
From ME!
Oh what a horrible dream!
I chase after you hoping you�ll fly back to me
But you kept on flying to a place you promised you�d never go
In this horrible dream, you�re leaving me in the dark while you�re out flying in the light
I�m crying in this horrible dream, crying so loud yet no one is listening. No one can hear.
I wait for days in this horrible dream, but you don�t fly back to me
I run out the door every time I hear wings in this horrible dream, only to see a bird
I�m crying again in this horrible dream because I wish I had wings to fly after you.
