Black Warrior

Warrior there is something
beautiful about the skin you wear
and something regal about
the yeza markings your skin bares.

Whether Bantu, Zulu, Yoruba or Samburu,
you have earned with courage and blood,
the right to display your pass through.
Proudly stand, portray the manhood!

You are raw power, exuding sex
imbued with fearless courage,
and to the enemies you engage,
you are unyielding eminent death.

Your body, in its entire splendor,
tells a story that needs no words
every scar, every mark is a score
won in battle, a haughty reward.

You have acquired the admiration
of your peers the respect of your elders
from the women, love, attention
and all their delicate feminine favors.

Black man take your god given place in life,
you come from the blood line of kings!
Cease to be a slave living in squalor and strife,
Pride, courage and honor is your worth,
not the paltry baubles or purchased things.

Nubian prince…
Why have you forgotten the past,
the places your ancestral soul has been?
Reclaim your throne of nobility that is your task!
