Blood

A man equipped to kill, defends by death.
     White man, black man down.
Racial diffrences sparks the flame otherwise cold;
   Undying hatred for a defending man.

Truth is hidden in the darkness of night,
  For the black hides the blood,
      The black hides the truth.
An armed man hated for his defense.

      Innocent man turned killer,
   Innocent kid remains innocent.
Teens remain innocent in the minds of society,
   Eighteen being the year of criminalhood.

    The unknown brings opinion,
    Blood sparks the imagination,
        Race sparks the anger.
      Anger brings the violence.
