Morning Dew

She bathes in the morning dew
droplets cling to the leaves and petals
she uses it to wash her hair and body
even drinks it from where it settles
She lives nestled in the beauty of nature
waiting for her prince charming to show
awaiting him to come sweep her off her feet
and then off into the sunset the'll go

For now she enjoys the morning dew
hoping, maybe today her true love will come
she longs for his arrival
so her life will be less glum
She watches for him from her tropical home
by the look on her face you'll know he did arrive
they will spend the rest of their tomorrows together
live, laugh, and love, be happy and thrive
