Out of Sight

“Welcome, step into my parlor”
said she to her gentleman caller.
This night, I shall rewrite
all that you have known
about insipid love and lovers
who have been lukewarm .

You will be introduced
to a passion like no other,
afterwards you shant
be any good for another.
The gentleman caller
hesitates unsure of
what being said and
in trepidation falters.

Locking into him with
her golden bedroom eyes
they become lipid honey pools
that mesmerize,
while the fire he sees
within them intensifies.

She walks around him
soft and slow letting him take in
her warm glow, the scent
of sandalwood and flowers,
the heady scent that
he greedily devours.

The patchouli candles
complete the aromascape
bathing the room in
an incandescent glow
that cast shadows
on the soft fabric drapes.

She circles once more, the soft
rustle of her gossamer gown
announces how precariously
close he is to the sound.
His heart races with excitement
at this cat and mouse game,
what is yet to be determined,
who predator and who is prey.

Oh… he has a power all his own,
his body exudes raw masculinity;
he carries himself like a true divinity,
his cologne and body scent
entice her desires and heighten
her sexual pleasure quotient.
He is a god, Eros incarnate.
