PEEL

It's hard to have to say, that I can't feel your touch.

Like porcelain skin,separating the love.

The wind is dust of ice,and it's stinging my eyes.

I've hit the bottom before, but not from this high.

Like a child again,I'll have to relearn to crawl.

Though my optimism seems to peel away with my faults.

And those faults are only ones, that will cannot fix.

They're instinctively embedded with the way I exist.

I'm getting tired of embracing what just withers away,

and the emotional violence that bleeds in with the days.

This is what becomes when the tests are unfair.

When a creator wants to see if you believe that he's there.

If I continue shedding layers and the porcelain breaks.

What the hell am I to do,but be exposed to the hate.

If you see me in awhile, and I'm not there in my eyes.

Just know I had no choice, but to fail when I tried.
