Al-Kahina (The Sorceress)

Al-kahina (The Sorceress)
Legends speak of a beauty that can
steal a men’s souls, rendering him will-less…

This titian haired minx
with liquid amber eyes,
undulating hips,
riotously intoxicating scent,
and honey covered lips,
carries herself as if
no one else exists.

When she dances
it is like a forbidden magic,
her abdomen rolls
as the ornamented dangle
of the jewel therein glints,
a sheen of perspiration
covers her body till it glistens.

Her breasts Rise and fall
as the rhythm carries her on,
she surges forward then back,
every swell of her curvaceous
body is a sinful attack.

Oblivious of the lascivious audience,
her serpentine movements
hypnotize and enthrall.
Her influence affects them all
like the flower of the poppy;
it’s smoke cannot be captured,
only enjoyed as they float aloft
for a moment enraptured,
before it comes to an abrupt halt.
