So I Had To Move On........

Like a river that waits for no time and tide
I am flowing, moving on, leaving you behind,
Obscuring myself from the sights of past.
Oblivion's curse is blissful.
I dont want to remember anymore
Of the nights we cried,
Sitting beside,
With heaven lurking in the sky.
Our fingertips touched,
Our eyes telling the stories which our lips didn't.
And we smelt the love in the air
Which we kissed with our lips.

But our legend can't last long,
For though I loved you
My heart devoted,
You lived within yourself
Catering to your selfish needs,
Of your excuses of lonliness
and desires of lust.
So I am moving on,
You have so much to take, nothing to give at all.

And when you broke my heart
Leaving me in tatters,
You didnt shed a tear,
Moving along,
Thirsty for sensual, ambitions unfulfilled.

So I am moving on,
Cant afford to anymore stay.
Be the servant of giddiness of your flavour
Leaving myself to follow the direction you show,

So I am moving on to live the life
